Our very own cocktail artist, Tricia, will walk you through a brief introduction of tequila, before showing you how to craft 4 of our signature tequila cocktails!

This event will be held in the Rivertop Speakeasy at Water Street Social Club. This space is ADA accessible.

Kentucky Derby Day
Join us at Water Street Social for the Kentucky Derby!
We will have the races on all day, as well as food and drink specials including Kentucky Hot Brown sandwiches, and of course, Mint Juleps!
Wear your best hat, your best suit, and come down for an afternoon and evening of fun!
We will host race pools for some of the daytime races leading up to the Derby, and for the Derby itself. Make sure you check back if you are interested in participating!
Mother's Day Tea
Celebrate Mother’s Day in style with an elegant High Tea at Water Street Social Club. Indulge in a delightful afternoon featuring a selection of fine teas, delicate sandwiches, freshly baked scones, and decadent desserts. Cinco de Mayo Cookie Decorating Class
Interested in learning more about decorated sugar cookies?! Alicia from Royally Sweet Cookies is here to help! In this 2 hour class, we’ll cover the basics to sugar cookies (so – yes, it’s beginner friendly!), do some piping practice with Royal Icing, talk about how to strategize the best ways to decorate sugar cookies, and cover the general concepts around dough and icing! Everything you’ll need is provided at class along with a live in-person instructor – just bring a smile (we’ll even provide the apron ). FREE DRINK included with your class ticket!
This month we will be doing a Cinco de Mayo set.
You’ll leave class with a great understanding of the basics of sugar cookies plus a few cool techniques we’ll cover in class. We look forward to having you with us!
About this Class
This class is for the beginner cookier or for the person who is just curious about what cookie decorating is all about! If you have limited experience with sugar cookies, found yourself frustrated with royal icing, or if you’re trying to have fun with family or friends, this is the class for you! We will be doing a festive Cinco de Mayo theme set that tastes amazing and will look even better once you’ve completed your decorating!
We provide everything you will need from cookies, icing, sprinkles, and a box to take your awesome creations home in – we just need YOU! Each to-be-baker gets 6 cookies, at least 4 icing colors and all the tools necessary to knock this cookie class out of the park! Everything is prepped right before class – so no baking or icing mixing required. Just decorate! You will even get a free drink with your ticket!
This class is on Monday, May 5th and starts at 6:30pm sharp so we can have enough time to decorate and answer along the way. Come by yourself, bring your best friend, or bring the family – we have seating for up to 20 people! It’s a blast whether you’re coming with a friend, family member, or solo!
This class is good for ages 10+, but if you’d like to leave the kiddos at home, purchase an add-on kit (more on that below)! The kits are great for kids at home, plus – we’ll send you with the decorating steps so you can teach them yourself!
The class will be held in the upstairs room of The Water Street Social Club located at 550 Water Street, Prairie du Sac WI 53578. Nervous about the parking situation? Don’t be! There is street parking right in front of the building. If you want to secure a parking spot, come a little early to grab drinks and appetizers or dinner before class!

During the class, you’ll learn about the preparation process and gain the confidence to recreate amazing dishes at home. The experience concludes with an Italian meal.

Tom Waselchuk leads the MAMA Award-winning Americana band The Dang-Its and has performed for more than twenty years in a free-
swinging guitar duo with multi-instrumentalist Doug Brown. Doug has long been among the most in-demand freelance sidemen on the Madison music scene in a variety of genres, as well as being a band-leader, composer, and arranger. Matt Rodgers is among southern Wisconsin’s busiest bass players, equally at home in most any style of music.

Discover the art of plant-based cooking in this engaging class designed for food enthusiasts of all levels. Led by our talented culinary director, Jesse, this session will introduce you to popular ingredients to assure proper nutrition, creative flavor combinations, and the many benefits of plant-based cuisine.
Throughout the class, you’ll have the opportunity to assist in preparing a variety of dishes and learn how to create satisfying, nutritious meals that are packed with flavor. The session concludes with a shared meal, allowing participants to enjoy the fruits of their labor together in a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere.
What’s included: A full meal, a recipe guide, and expert instruction. Optional cocktail/mocktail pairing can be purchased for an additional fee.

Too Sick Charlie and his genuine one-man band have gained a reputation of playing uncompromising, no-nonsense roots music, deeply influenced by the blues of the north Mississippi Hill country.
