Settle in for a specialty three-course meal with cocktail pairings.

First Course: Spinach salad with bourbon-bacon dressing (made with Driftless Glen Bourbon). Cocktail Pairing: Choice of Bourbon Sour or On Wednesdays We Drink Pink Cosmo.

Second Course: Glazed salmon with seasonal vegetables. (made with Driftless Glen Lemon Vodka). Cocktail Pairing: Choice of Rye Old Fashioned or Grapefruit Margarita made with Bourbon-Barrel Aged Tequila.

Third Course: Pear upside-down cake with bourbon caramel sauce (made with Driftless Glen Bourbon de Naranja). Cocktail Pairing: Choice of neat pour of Small Batch Bourbon or Bee's Knees made with Double Cask Gin.
