Join us for a decadent bourbon dinner pairing, with master blender Joe Henry of J. Henry & Sons!

We are excited to bring you an amazing bourbon dinner in partnership with our friends at J. Henry & Sons!

Master blender Joe Henry will be with us for the night as we eat, drink, and walk through what makes J. Henry bourbons special and unique to Wisconsin.

Enjoy a welcome cocktail made with J. Henry Small Batch Bourbon as you arrive along with a small bite "amuse bouche", then settle in for a three-course meal with bourbon and cocktail pairings.

First Course: Summer Citrus Salad paired with a Classic Sidecar cocktail made with J. Henry Bellefontaine.

Second Course: Tri-Tip Steak with seasonal vegetables and couscous pilaf with a La Flamme bourbon reduction sauce, paired with a neat pour of J. Henry La Flamme.

Third Course: Decadent chocolate budino in dark chocolate and orange shell with Reserva bourbon mousse and cacao nibs, paired with a neat pour of J. Henry Reserva Sevillana.
