Join us for an exclusive culinary collaboration just outside of Sauk City at the beautiful winery at The Vines. This intimate, three-course dinner, prepared by Jesse Steinberg of Water Street Social Club, features a menu inspired by the vibrant flavors of the Mediterranean and crafted from fresh, local ingredients. To complement the meal, a selection of wines will be available for purchase throughout the evening.
First Course
Fire-Roasted Eggplant & Sweet Pepper Salad Tossed with tangy feta, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and garden-fresh herbs.
Second Course
Lemon & Yogurt-Marinated Chicken Breast - grilled and served alongside a seasonal vegetable medley and fluffy couscous.

Charred Seasonal Vegetables with Broiled Tofu - served alongside fluffy couscous.
Third Course
Cannoli Cake - A decadent finish to your meal, featuring bright hints of citrusy orange, aromatic cinnamon, & bittersweet chocolate chips.
